“REMEMBER WHAT YOUR SOIL WAS LIKE AT THAT TIME”
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10
Luke 8:4-6 4 And when much people were gathered together, and were come to him out of every city, he spake by a parable: 5 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. 6 And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture.
“I have come that you would be given life more abundantly; but many still have old patterns of thinking that have kept this from happening.
For the mind is a battlefield where the enemy can infiltrate the things that I have given to you For in that place where I have planted a seed, my Spirit can cause those things to nurture and grow, and if it is nurtured daily through my word, then my promises will be activated. But then just as that farmer who plants that seed upon rocky soil it will not take root and grow. For your soil must be good to receive those promises from Me. For a seed that was once planted through my Spirit, can be stolen through the work of the enemy.
So my promises to you are always ‘Yes and Amen’ but you must act upon them. For a field which has once tasted the nutrients of my soil would remember the times of growth. It would look back upon the seasons of rainfall and sunshine. And if you have tasted of my goodness, then remember what your soil was like at that time.
So many people wonder why their promises haven’t come. These are those who sit and wait and wonder. But they fail to see that they are in partnership with these things. You are my partners in this life with Me, and I would bring many of you unto mature manhood—-but some will remain as young children to the end.”
